ABOUT

The Australia Bhutan Association of Canberra (ABAC) is a community organisation dedicated to fostering unity, mutual understanding, and cultural exchange within the Bhutanese community in Canberra. ABAC works to promote the welfare of its members, preserve Bhutan’s cultural and spiritual heritage, and encourage active participation in multicultural events and activities across the ACT. Through collaboration with local and interstate communities, ABAC aims to create a harmonious, inclusive, and vibrant environment for all.

MISSION

ABAC’s mission is to foster a united and inclusive Bhutanese community in Canberra that promotes welfare, harmony, and mutual understanding among the Bhutanese community in Canberra through preservation and promotion of Bhutan’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage and participation in multicultural activities and events in the ACT.
